A pedagogical model to take note of at the Children’s SOS Villages Greece 

It was a pleasure to catch up, meet new staff, visit the young people’s unit, and plan for the future (Alexandra, Nikos and Panagiotis thinking ahead in Vari).

It also  impressed on me the success of the model in integrating a pedagogical arm  within the organisation.

Thinking of smaller-scale NGOs and different sociocultural contexts, the principle can easily be adapted, whether through a smaller team, one post or even input for supervision. This should take a life of its own when we experiment with the new model in three other countries over the next two months. Keep in touch!
